HK119 makes “pop videos” to her own music, the studio is her stage and the camera her public. Each video is an unedited performance delivered in one take. HK’s message tends towards feminist condemnation of consumer culture delivered with consummate acerbity. 23:45 playfully traverses the line between the music video and performance art.
HK originated from Denmark but now lives and performs in London, completing her M.A at Saint Martins School of Art and Design and is currently singed to One Little Indian records.
